AITPM 2023 Annual General Meeting Notice

The Annual General Meeting of Members of the Australian Institute of Traffic Planning and Management Ltd (ACN 062 495 452) (herein referred to as AITPM) will be held on Wednesday 30th August 2023 at 12:30pm (AEST) via Online (Zoom Meeting).

1. Reports: To receive and consider the Financial Report and the Reports of the Directors and of the Auditor for year ended 31 March 2023. 

Explanatory note:

AITPM is required to undertake a financial audit annually, which is an in-depth process including review of our financial records. The Financial Report and the Reports of the Directors and of the Auditor as presented in 2023 have been prepared to satisfy the ASIC reporting requirements for a Company Limited by Guarantee. This reporting contains a different level of content to the reporting provided in previous years. An additional Year in Review document for the purpose of promoting AITPM's activities and achievements has also been prepared.

Voting

Voting Eligibility requirements

• Only financial members who are Full Members (Membership in the grades of Fellow, Member, Life Member, Retired Fellow, Retired Member or Associate) are eligible to vote.

Voting methods

• The preferred method is a Direct Vote.  
• Direct Vote can be submitted online by close of business days 2 prior to the AGM.
• To complete a Direct Vote form, you must log in to this website - only logged in eligible voters will have access to this voting form. Instructions for the lodgment of a Direct Vote are set out in the: 

DIRECT VOTE FORM

• The second preference is present online at the AGM.
• The third preference is to adopt a proxy to vote on their behalf at the AGM - details in relation to a Member’s entitlement to appoint a proxy and instructions for the lodgment of a Proxy Form are set out in the PROXY FORM.

The Board recommends that Members vote in favour of each item of business.
