As our cities and regions grow, we are presented with both an opportunity and a responsibility to create healthy, vibrant communities that offer a high quality of life, safety, affordability, accessibility, inclusivity, and sustainability.
Our approach to planning and designing transport networks and public spaces needs to evolve. The task of developing innovative and adaptable solutions, does not rest with any single entity or profession. It is a collective effort—government, industry, and community must all work together to meet the diverse competing and interdependent needs of our communities.
Through thought-provoking presentations, panel discussions and hands-on workshops, #AITPMADELAIDE2025, seeks to encourage a positive and active response to the barriers, challenges, threats and opportunities for building liveable communities, focusing on growth and sustainability, now and into the future.
