As Principal Engineer in the Walking and Cycling Infrastructure team, you will be required to:
- be committed to the provision of a single integrated transport network that is accessible to everyone
- have experience working with a small group of talented subject matter experts
- demonstrate your proficiency in the planning and design of transport infrastructure that provides for people who walk or ride bikes
- differentiate between compliant design and good design outcomes
- communicate with influence and articulate ideas succinctly, logically and accurately
We are looking for a candidate who fulfills the following:
- possesses a four-year, Washington Accord accredited, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent, which is assessed/accepted by Engineers Australia against Washington Accord benchmarks
- is registered as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
