We're seeking Project Managers to r oversee the execution of a specified portfolio of municipal infrastructure projects on the Gold Coast, ranging from minor to highly complex, specialised and multi-disciplinary ventures.
You’ll work on unique future-focused projects and play a significant role in planning and implementing the Gold Coast’s municipal infrastructure capital works projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Project and design management of approved projects from concept planning, detailed design and specification through to and including supporting the construction phase.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate robust outcomes for Council.
- Develop inclusive and engaged project teams.
- Present project updates, reporting, and consult with Council, Government, community and key stakeholders.
- Ensure the provisions of all relevant legislation, regulations, agreements, standards and policies are applied and adhered to in projects.
