The Senior Planning and Engineering Officer is responsible for delivering road planning projects, reporting on transport matters related to urban planning and development applications, investigating and coordinating a range of transport planning and policy issues and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, representing the Department and the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) at SAT hearings and mediations.
This is a permanent, full-time positions, (however consideration may be given to applicants seeking part-time opportunities). This process may be used to fill future similar permanent or fixed-term positions that may arise across the WA public sector in the next 12 months from the initial date of appointment.
