About:
How do we plan for the people we don’t even realise we’re planning for? This interactive session will challenge assumptions in transport and urban design, ensuring diverse needs are considered in decision-making.
Experts will explore how inclusive design can improve accessibility for people of all ages and abilities, addressing the experiences of individuals with disabilities, neurodiverse communities, women, gender-diverse people, children, parents, and other often-overlooked groups.
While the event is tailored towards emerging professionals, this is a technical event that is relevant to transport professionals of all experience levels, as this discussion will provide fresh insights and inspire more equitable solutions in mobility and public spaces.
