Facilitated by AITPM CEO Kirsty Kelly, our esteemed panellists will share their experience in this second session of our Lunchtime Leadership Panel series.

Sarah Davies | QLD / NT Team Lead Communications and Stakeholder Engagement | SMEC
Sarah is a highly motivated engagement consultant with over 16 years’ experience pushing the boundaries and rethinking traditional methods of connecting with stakeholders. She has experience working in local and state government as well as with independent organisations. Sarah has delivered strategic advice and support while at Transport for NSW on projects such as Great Western Highway Upgrade - Kelso to Raglan and Newell Highway Upgrade - Parkes Bypass to name a few and since moving to Queensland has delivered communications and stakeholder engagement on the Sunshine Motorway Mooloolah River Interchange Upgrade, Stapylton-Jacobs Well Road Upgrade and Beenleigh-Redland Bay Road Upgrade with Department of Transport and Main Roads.
Sarah displays a proven ability to manage, train and mentor high-performing team while achieving quality results. She is recognised for her creative thinking, strong work ethic, attention to detail and her ability to make positive connections with people on all levels.

Ian is the managing director for Aimsun and he has over 15 years experience across consulting, public sector and commercial transport operators, a background in developing strategic frameworks and standard in supporting investment in emerging technologies across Australia and New Zealand.

Amy Shattock | Principal Communications and Engagement Consultant | Stantec
Amy is a trusted advisor in her role as Principal Communications and Engagement Consultant at Stantec. She is known for her strategic and insightful approach to solutions and her specialty lies in finding ways to bring success to complex projects.
Amy uses a human behaviour approach, leveraging behavioural insights and accountability to minimise project risk and maximise community engagement. She has worked on diverse projects, including transport, water, parks and reserves, infrastructure, community, climate change, health, and education. Her work on transport project often combines human behaviour and change in engagement and consultation.
She specialises in building trust and fostering connections making her an asset to projects, decision makers and the wider community. Amy has nearly 20 years of experience innovating engagement, consultation, and communications across a wide range of sectors.
Outside of work, Amy loves to spend time with family and helps run a farm and an award-winning conservation area.
