About this event
Speed is one of the four pillars of the Safe System and management of speed within our communities can be as topical as it is beneficial. The AITPM SA branch is presenting a technical forum lead by industry experts from the Department for Infrastructure and Transport and SA Councils to talk about the new SA Speed Limit Guidelines, the benefits and considerations of speed management and to share the experiences and learnings from speed management projects within South Australia.
Our speakers:
- Ingrid Hunt, Team Leader, Traffic Engineering Standards | Department for Infrastructure and Transport
- Stephen Pascale, Manager Traffic Services | Department for Infrastructure and Transport
- Bernie Auricht, Public relations Advisor | City of Burnside
Hosted by the University of South Australia, the technical forum will be held at 3:00pm on 25 October 2023 in the UniSA Bradley Building, Level 8, Room HB8-18 (cnr North Terrace & Morphett Street), Adelaide SA.
Networking with drinks and light refreshments generously sponsored by our Industry Partner, Austraffic will be provided after the presentations and panel discussion.
Places are limited and registrations close COB Monday 23 October 2023.
We look forward to seeing you there!
