Associate Professor Jeremy Wooley | CASR
Jeremy is the director of the Centre for Automotive Safety Research (CASR) based at the University of Adelaide in South Australia.
Jeremy has over 20 years’ experience in road safety research and leads a team of talented and dedicated researchers. In-depth crash investigation, crash testing and mass crash and injury data analysis is conducted to better understand how harm from use of the road transport system can be minimised and ultimately eliminated.
Jeremy also co-chaired an inquiry into the National Road Safety Strategy with Dr John Crozier from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons that was delivered to parliamentarians in 2018.
Martin Small | Principal, Martin Small Consulting. Director, RAA. President, ACRS
Martin has been working in road safety since the late 1990s, holding senior positions in New Zealand and Australian governments, and is now consulting in both markets and internationally.
Martin owns and runs a road safety and regulatory management consultancy business operating across Australasia, Asia and Africa that supports the elimination of fatalities and serious injuries on the road. Services support organisations to improve road transport safety or deliver on regulatory imperatives which are underpinned by safety.
Martin joined the Royal Automobile Association of SA Board and is also President of the Australasian College of Road Safety.
