About this event
Join us for the Annual General Meeting of Members of the Australian Institute of Traffic Planning and Management Ltd (ACN 062 495 452) (herein referred to as AITPM) being held on Wednesday 30th August 2023 at 12:30pm (AEST) via Online (Zoom Meeting).
The Annual General Meeting will be held via Zoom, and you will need a camera and microphone to be able to participate.

- Welcome, attendees and apologies.
- Ordinary Business: Reports: To receive and consider the Financial Report and the Reports of the Directors and of the Auditor for year ended 31 March 2023.
- Any other business
Explanatory note:
AITPM is required to undertake a financial audit annually, which is an in-depth process including review of our financial records. The Financial Report and the Reports of the Directors and of the Auditor as presented in 2023 have been prepared to satisfy the ASIC reporting requirements for a Company Limited by Guarantee. This reporting contains a different level of content to the reporting provided in previous years. An additional Year in Review document for the purpose of promoting AITPM's activities and achievements will be distributed to members prior to the AGM.

The preferred method for voting is a Direct Vote. Direct Vote (preferred method) can be submitted online by close of business 7 days prior to the AGM.
