About this event
Join us for the General Meeting of Members of the Australian Institute of Traffic Planning and Management Ltd (ACN 062 495 452) (herein referred to as AITPM) being held on Monday 4th April 2022 at 12.00pm (AEST) via Online Zoom.
The General Meeting will be held via Zoom and you will need a camera and microphone to be able to participate.
Purpose of the meeting
This meeting has been called to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolutions.
Agenda
- Welcome, attendees and apologies
- Ordinary Business: Resolution 1: Removal of Auditor as an Ordinary Resolution
- Special Business: Resolution 2: Appointment of Auditor as a Special Resolution
- Any other business
