Steve Amor | ABB Australia
Steve Amor is ABB Australia’s Electric Vehicle Segment Lead and marketing manager for ABB’s charging infrastructure portfolio. In this role, he is responsible for the business development of ABB’s charging solutions for electric cars, buses and heavy vehicles in the emerging e-mobility market. He brings insights into the rapidly changing world of e-mobility and ABB’s transport vision of a sustainable, zero emission future.
Working together with infrastructure partner Chargefox, Steve had a major role in the supply of the ABB’s first public 350kW high power fast charging stations in the Victorian regional town of Euroa – the first installation of its type in the world outside of Europe and the USA.
Steve has worked in the Australian electrical industry for more than 30 years working in various marketing management and sales roles.
Dr Tim Brooker | EMM Consulting
Dr Brooker leads EMM’s transport planning business and has over 30 years of professional experience in traffic management, technical assessments and economic appraisals of public and active transport projects. His experience includes traffic and active transport assessment reports for major road and rail projects, transport route options and feasibility studies and transport network modelling studies for roads and public transport systems.
Dr Brooker has a strong interest in the design and performance of Electric Vehicles, and its environmental and economic benefits for a future transition to Electric Vehicles in Australia. He has undertaken considerable research on these topics which he is happy to share with the fellow AITPM members.
