Are you an undergraduate or recent graduate?
Do you want to get a deeper understanding and appreciation of a career in the transport domain and meet experienced professionals? VIC EPN presents the EPN Buddy Program where aspiring students and recent graduates will have the opportunity to network and socialise with experienced professionals in the industry in an informal environment. This is a chance to meet new people, ask any burning questions and get insights into possible career choices in the transport industry.
The AITPM VIC Emerging Professionals Network (EPN) is calling for all undergraduates, graduates and experienced professionals interested in participating in the AITPM VIC EPN Buddy Program. This Program is designed so that aspiring or newly joined professionals can interact with experienced professionals who have established themselves in the profession. Participants of the Program will have opportunities to network, socialise and share knowledge. This Program serves as an avenue to form new connections, receive guidance and get a unique insight into the transport industry.
The Buddy Program will run over the course of 6 months where each mentee (Junior Buddy) will have the opportunity to meet with one mentor (Experienced Buddy). Each Junior Buddy will be paired with an Experienced Buddy based on similar areas of interest, where possible. Each Junior and Experienced Buddy will be given the freedom to approach the Program in any manner that best accommodates the individuals and make the most of this opportunity. In addition, networking and socialising events are organised so that other Junior and Experienced Buddies can come together and share their experiences.
