Margaret has over 16 years of transportation planning experience and currently leads a transportation environmental assessment and design group based in Toronto. Her focus is developing integrated solutions to complex urban transportation problems through corridor planning and preliminary design. Margaret’s experience includes transit, active transportation, environmental assessments, and preliminary engineering design. Projects include London Bus Rapid Transit, Eglinton Streetscape and Cycle Track Design, MiWay Infrastructure Growth Plan, and the Toronto Relief Line subway business case and planning study

Laura has close to 20 years of experience providing strategic, financial, commercial and procurement advice to government clients. She has delivered numerous public transport projects including working with Translink to establish the public bus service contracts with operators in South East and Regional Queensland. Laura has also supported Translink in the implementation of a wage uplift for Queensland bus drivers that was announced by the government in December 2023. She has also supported the development of business cases for several public transport infrastructure projects.

Jared is an internationally recognised expert in transport psychology and the Technical Director of Human Factors at WSP’s Centre for Research and Innovation.

Jared provides specialist behavioural science techniques to better understand the diverse behaviours, needs and limitations of our people. He is passionate about using behavioural insights and better data to shape safer, more inclusive travel.
