Abstract submission process
- Abstracts must be submitted by completing all the required fields in the form below by midnight AEDT Wednesday 9 October for the Online Technical Conference Series.
- The abstract submission process requires a brief presentation summary of not more than 150 words and an abstract with a maximum 300 words.
- Abstracts accepted for the Online Technical Conference Series will be informed whether or not their abstract has been accepted by early November.
- Successful submissions will be required to provide a recorded video presentation, of approximately 10-15minutes in length.
- Videos are required to be provided by Tuesday 21 January 2025.
- Videos will be released in February 2025 for audience viewing 1 week prior to the commencement of the Online Live Q&A sessions in February 2025 (date TBC).
- Please note that all OTCS presenters will be required to be registered for the OTCS at the heavily discounted presenter rate of $75.
