How do I access the Online Conference Series?
Access to the OCS is via our online platform, Interchange. Individuals will log into the platform to access the Online Conference Series 2021 Community where all the content and links will be posted. Existing AITPM members will already have access, non-members and subscribers without company designated access will be issued with log in details. Only registered delegates will have access to the Online Conference Series 2021 Community.
What platform will the live sessions be using?
Our live Panel and Q&A sessions will be held on Zoom. The session will be recorded and uploaded to the Online Conference Series 2021 Community on Interchange so you can view them afterwards if you miss a session or unable to use Zoom.
How do I get the Zoom link for the live sessions?
When you login to the Online Conference Series 2021 Community on Interchange you will have access to the event calendar for the series and each of the individual live sessions. Simply choose which sessions you wish to participate in and follow the links to complete your session registration. More instructions will be available on the community page.
Can we share registrations within our team?
Online Conference Series registrations are linked to an individual and only allow for one person to access Interchange, our online platform, which is where all the recorded presentations, discussions, and the login details for each live session is accessed. Access is not able to be shared as it is an individual person’s login (email and password).
Can we get a group discount?
If you register 10 – 19 staff, a 10% group discount can be offered.
If you register 20 or more staff, a 20% group discount can be offered.
These discounts are only available if the registrations are handled centrally, as a single group, and they do not apply to any existing complimentary tickets, only paying registrations.

How long will I have access to the presentations?
AITPM individual members that registered for the OCS21 will have access for as long as they remain an AITPM member. Non-members, Corporate Subscribers, Local Government Subscribers and Sponsor delegates (who aren’t individual members) will be able to log in and access the online content for 12 months - until 14 October 2022.
We are a Local Government Subscriber – what discounts do we get?
Local Government Subscribers have access to register for the Online Conference Series at the AITPM member rate of $285 - 40% off the standard rate.
Group discounts are also applicable.
We are a Corporate Subscriber – what discounts do we get?
Corporate Subscribers have access to register for the Online Conference Series at the AITPM member rate of $285 - 40% off the standard rate.
Group discounts are also applicable.
We are a sponsor – what are our ticket entitlements?
In the first instance please contact the person in your organisation that handles the AITPM sponsorship about what is available to you.

I'm a presenter, do a get a discount?
All presenters, including session facilitators and moderators, are entitled to a special discount rate of $237.50 (that's 50% of the non-member rate). You should have received details of your discount code form AITPM or your session coordinator. If you have not received these details please contact conference@aitpm.com.au
I am a speaker/presenters - do I need to register?
We strongly recommend that all presenters register for the event so that you can gain access to the wealth of content that will be generated and shared during this 6 week event, and available for the following year to view at your leisure. Registration will also give you access to the conference discussion community on Interchange where you can engage with people who are interested in your presentation. Speakers are at the discounted rate of $237.50.
If you are presenting, but are not interested in attending any of the other sessions or accessing the content, please advise our Conference Team or your session coordinator, and we will supply you with the virtual presentation invite prior to your session.
