How do I access the Online Conference Series?
Access to the OTCS is via 'delegate only' sections of this website which will be issued in the week prior to the commencement of the event. Individuals will log into this website to access the pages, where all the content and links will be posted. Only registered delegates will have access to the Online Technical Conference Series 2023/24 content.
What platform will the live sessions be using?
Our live Panel and Q&A sessions will be held on Zoom and will be hosted as an interactive session. The session will be recorded and uploaded to the Online Technical Conference Series 2023/2024 section of this website so you can view them afterwards if you miss a session or unable to use Zoom.
How do I get the Zoom link for the live sessions?
Registered delegates will receive an email with the event listing for the series and the registration link for each of the individual live sessions. Simply choose which sessions you wish to participate in and follow the links to complete your session registration.
Can we share registrations within our team?
Online Technical Conference Series registrations are linked to an individual and only allow for one person to access this website, which is where all the recorded presentations, discussions, and the detail for each live session is accessed. Access is not able to be shared as it is an individual person’s login (email and password).
Can we get a group discount?
For group registrations of 10 or more attendees - tickets are reduced to $150 per person.
These discounts are only available if the registrations are handled centrally, as a single group, and they do not apply to any already discounted ticket types, only to standard non-member, member and subscriber paying registrations.

How long will I have access to the presentations?
Registered delegates will be able to log in and access the online content for 12 months - until 25 November 2024.
We are a Local Government Subscriber – what discounts do we get?
Local Government Subscribers have access to register for the Online Technical Conference Series at the AITPM member rate of $275.00.
Group discounts are also applicable.
We are a Corporate Subscriber – what discounts do we get?
Corporate Subscribers have access to register for the Online Technical Conference Series at the AITPM member rate of $275.00.
Group discounts are also applicable.
We are a sponsor – what are our ticket entitlements?
Industry Partners, Technical Partners, Major Branch Partners, Conference Sponsors, and Speakers are entitled to a flat rate of $200 per delegate.
Industry Partners, Technical Partners, and Conference Sponsors may also be entitled to some complimentary tickets - in the first instance please contact the person in your organisation that handles the AITPM sponsorship about what is available to you. If you are your organisation's sponsorship person and you are unsure of your sponsorship entitlements, please contact conference@aitpm.com.au
I'm a presenter, do a get a discount?
All presenters, including session chairs and coordinators, are entitled to a special discount rate of $200. Please use the OTCS Presenter Registration Form.
I am a speaker/presenters - do I need to register?
We strongly recommend that all presenters register for the event so that you can gain access to the wealth of content that will be generated and shared during this 3-week event, and available for the following year to view at your leisure. Speakers are at the discounted rate of $200.
If you are presenting but are not interested in attending any of the other sessions or accessing the content, please advise our Conference Team or your session coordinator, and we will supply you with the virtual presentation invite prior to your session.
