Steven Piotrowski is a Technical Principal - Transport Modelling with SMEC based in Perth, WA. He has a unique range of experience in transport planning, finance and property. Steven has more than thirty years of experience in transport planning, transport modelling, public transport planning and traffic engineering in Canada, the UK and Australia. He has also undertaken consulting assignments in New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong. Steven is a Fellow of Engineers, Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Traffic Planning and Management (AITPM). Steven is a member of the AITPM's national transport modelling network (TMN).

Dan is a Partner in KPMG's Infrastructure, Assets and Places business, specialising in transport modelling and planning with 25 years of experience gained across Australia and internationally, assisting the public and private sector in making major infrastructure investment decisions.
Technically Dan has extensive experience across most transport modelling disciplines, with a focus on multimodal strategic and operational modelling, as well as patronage forecasting for the road, public transport and aviation sectors. This experience encompasses model development, model application along with an in-depth understanding of the role modelling outputs play in the broader investment decision making and planning framework.
Along with his strong technical capability, Dan's success is driven by his key strengths; in his leadership and the clear communication of complex outcomes to a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders in Local, State and Federal Governments.

Gillian has over forty years' experience in traffic and transportation, road design, urban development, and general civil engineering. She has extensive experience in public sector management, demand forecasting, investment and assurance advice, the collection and provision of travel and demographic information and related models, broad knowledge and experience of transport planning models, economic, social and environmental evaluation techniques and policy issues.

Peter Colacino is one of the leading voices in Australian infrastructure. He is responsible for driving Infrastructure Australia’s transformative policy and research agenda across sustainability, resilience, place-making, industry productivity and infrastructure planning.
An accomplished leader with experience in strategy, policy and corporate affairs. Peter has held senior roles across politics, industry and government, including within some the world’s largest infrastructure operators – Keolis Downer and Transurban.
As Chief of Policy & Research at Infrastructure Australia, Peter led delivery of the landmark 2021 Australian Infrastructure Plan, 2019 Australian Infrastructure Audit and the inaugural Market Capacity Program. Prior to that he was Executive General Manager of Growth and Partnerships at the NRMA.

Frank is an experienced practitioner especially multimodal strategic modelling. He has managed the development of the previous versions of the tour based Sydney Strategic Travel Model (STM). He has also lead the team producing traffic forecasts for a number of the new motorways in Sydney.
In his current role he is involved in the technical aspects of improving the models and forecasts produced by the Transport modelling team at Transport for NSW. He has extensive experience undertaking analysis of the inputs and outputs from models.

Infrastructure economist, business case analyst with a deep knowledge of data and modelling . I have a particular expertise in infrastructure cost benefit analysis and evaluation. I personally believe that the right infrastructure policies and investment can be a powerful tool to maximize the potential of our cities, communities and businesses. Experience as a Business Case and Economic Evaluation reviewer. Currently leading the BR, evaluation and economic advisory team assuring the economics and BR components of business cases across Transport for NSW . For 5 years to 2017 lead the transport forecasting team for major NSW infrastructure projects.
